Cascade Brewing to Release Valley Flora Northwest Sour Ale

Cascade Brewing has announced the upcoming release of Valley Flora 2017, a beer that celebrates Northwest regional offerings of craft beer and wine. The beer will go on sale in 500ml bottles and on draft this Friday, Jan. 11, at both Cascade’s Portland-area pubs and through Cascade’s distribution channels.

Alabama Brewers Guild to Release 5th Annual Collaboration Beer

Last month, Alabama Brewers Guild members from across the state gathered at Common Bond Brewers in Montgomery to create their annual collaboration beer, “Bitter Constituent,” an American-style India Pale Ale. A one-time, special recipe developed by Guild member sand made with five different hop varietals, Bitter Constituent (ABV 7.5 percent) will be available to the public exclusively at Common Bond Brewers beginning on Saturday, January 12.
