Bluebird Hardwater is a fast-growing RTD brand based in Jacksonville, FL. We make non-carbonated canned cocktails with premium vodka or tequila, ultra-purified still water, and real fruit juice. No carbonation, no preservatives, no artificial flavors. We're expanding and looking for a well-connected market manager to drive growth across Ohio & Pennsylvania.

Position Overview

The Market Manager for Ohio & Pennsylvania will be the primary brand driver and distributor manager across both states. This person will own relationships with local distributors, manage key on- and off-premise accounts, and be the face of Bluebird Hardwater in the market. You will be responsible for growing brand awareness, building lasting trade relationships, and executing sales strategies that drive volume and velocity across the territory. You will grow velocity and distribution, execute programs, and establish Bluebird Hardwater as a must-stock brand throughout the territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop distributor relationships across Ohio & Pennsylvania
• Conduct regular account visits to on-premise and off-premise accounts to drive brand presence and sell-through
• Build and maintain a robust call schedule across on-premise and off-premise independent accounts
• Execute distributor work-withs, ride-alongs, and sales team trainings to drive rep engagement
• Lead brand activations, samplings, and events across the Ohio & Pennsylvania market and beyond
• Identify and pursue new account openings to expand distribution across both states
• Track sales data, account performance, and report results to leadership regularly
• Serve as the day-to-day brand expert for all trade and distributor partners in the territory

Qualifications

• 3+ years of beverage alcohol sales experience, preferably in RTD/canned cocktails, spirits, beer, or FMB categories
• Established relationships with accounts and/or distributors in Ohio & Pennsylvania preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a multi-state territory independently
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly across OH & PA
• Passion for emerging brands and the craft beverage space
