Wild State Cider and Fair State Brewing Cooperative Collaborate on Ruby Cider

Wild State Cider has paired with Fair State Brewing to release a winter seasonal Grapefruit hopped cider. Ruby is the result of a socially distant collaboration between head cidermaker Andrew Price and founding brewer Niko Tonks. “It’s not easy to spend a lot of time in close contact with others right now, so a little creativity and UPS was all we needed” says Price.

Burial Beer and Visuals Wine Manage Operations with Ekos

Burial Beer Co., one of Asheville’s most popular breweries, recently launched a natural winery, Visuals Wine, which produces fermented wines, ciders and aperitifs. The brewery has been an Ekos customer since 2016 and with its expansion is using Ekos to manage the production process for the winery.
