Constellation Brands Commits $1.75M to Help Rebuild Restaurant Industry

Constellation Brands, Inc. Exhibit ‘A’ Brewing Company brings you a light, fruity ale to pair with the warmer weather, Time Served (6.4% ABV). Brewed and cellared in oak wine barrels in August of 2016, this wild ale represents the ultimate love for craft beer. It aged in oak wine barrels for 3 years, then steel for another year. It was then transferred into bottles for conditioning before being sold.

Regional Brands Lead Growth in Cider Segment

Regional cideries grew at more than triple the rate of the total cider segment at off-premise retailers in 2020, American Cider Association executive director Michelle McGrath shared during the trade organization’s annual CiderCon event earlier this year.

“Off-premise channels grew 9% for total cider — regional brands grew 33%,” she said. “Off-premise chains don’t capture all of our members, but they do provide a useful measuring stick.”

The partnership enables Flying Embers to carbonate their liquids not with CO2 created by the petrochemical industry, but instead with naturally generated CO2 recaptured from their own fermentation.
