DC Brau is adding a new hoppy ale to its award-winning line-up of flagship craft beer this month with The Imperial, a hybrid Double IPA that crosses a New England-style Hazy IPA and a filtered American IPA for a unique drinking experience. The Imperial enters the market starting January 27th via the brewery’s online store and retail distribution.

A day after denying that a former employee was the subject of harassment and pregnancy discrimination, Boulevard Brewing has changed its stance, acknowleded that workplace harassment did occur and apologized. The company has also fired a company executive.
The brewery and Deftones continue their partnership, five years strong, with their latest release Ohms Pale Ale. Named after the band’s recent album, this beer ships out to retailers in select U.S. states via 16-ounce can four-packs on February 1.
Oakshire Brewing is conducting a voluntary recall of Theme From the Bottom: Mango Raspberry Cheesecake Smoothie Sour Ale (Theme Mango Cheesecake). Today we became aware of an issue with our January 16th release of Theme Mango Cheesecake in 16oz cans. There are visible signs of refermentation in some of these cans causing the can to bulge and/or burst.
North Carolina’s Hi-Wire Brewing plans to expand yet again with the announcement of a sixth taproom coming this summer to the Bluegrass State. The new Louisville, KY location will be the brewery’s second taproom outside of North Carolina, and it will make Hi-Wire the first out-of-state brewery to open up facilities in Kentucky.
