7G Distributing, a Cedar Rapids, Iowa-based Anheuser-Busch InBev wholesaler announced that, effective Jan. 1, it will acquire Davenport, Iowa based Vanguard Distributing. “It was a footprint that’s adjacent to our territory and that made it very attractive.
