The Portland, Maine-based Shipyard Brewing Company has inked an alternating proprietorship agreement with City Brewing Company in Memphis, Tennessee, bringing an additional 30,000 barrels of capacity online.

Yet another craft brewer has announced plans to expand with a second location. The Boulder, Colo. based Upslope Brewing is adding a secondary brewing facility just 6 miles from its current location on Lee Hill Road. “It’s a real upbeat part of town,” said company founder Matt Cutter.
EDWARDS, CO – Crazy Mountain Brewing Company, based in Vail Valley, will partner with Elite Brands of Colorado for statewide beer distribution starting this July. Crazy Mountain had been self-distributing throughout the state and reached their capacity. In order to continue in-state growth, they decided to sign with Elite Brands.
The Longmont, Colo. based craft brewer Oskar Blues inked a distribution agreement today with Windy City Distribution, the Warrenville, Ill. based craft-centric wholesaler which already distributes other Colorado brands like Avery Brewing Company, Ska Brewing Company, Boulder Beer, Left Hand Brewing Co. and Great Divide Brewing Company.
