Breakside Brewery is happy to announce the return of last years popular fall and early winter seasonal ‘La Tormenta’ a dry-hopped sour ale. Available now in Oregon and beginning this week in Washington, La Tormenta is packaged in beautiful watercolor label art on 22oz bottles as well as by draft. There will be limited availability of La Tormenta in British Columbia, Hawaii, and the Denver, Colorado area.
AlaBev expands the limits of great taste by bringing the number one selling sour beer in the country, Jolly Pumpkin, to retailers, restaurants and bars across the state. The Michigan brewery partners with distributor, AlaBev, to bring Jolly Pumpkin Bam, Bam Noir, Blanca and Oro to shelves on Monday, Nov. 2.
The Marin Brewing Company and Moylan’s Brewery are pleased to announce two promotions from within the company. Curtis Cassidy now serves as the of Director of Sales, after an 18 year stint as National Sales Manager. Joining Cassidy in sales will be the newly promoted Allison Spillane who will report to Cassidy in her new position as sale representative for Marin Brewing, Moylan’s and Stillwater Distillery. Spillane will serve as the company’s Northern California sales representative.
For the next few months, there will be plenty of snow-filled woods by which to stop and ponder in Ommegang’s Upstate New York, Cooperstown home. It only seemed fitting therefore to seek inspiration from Robert Frost’s famous poem “Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening” when name-storming monikers for the brewery’s new winter-warmer seasonal. Lovely, Dark and Deep, an oatmeal stout, is set to reach retail in early November.
In honor of Halloween and the latest season of “The Walking Dead,” Mispillion River Brewing has released zombie versions of its cans. With the help of Connecticut artist, Tom Ryans, the brewery converted the images on their beers Reach Around IPA, Space Otter Pale Ale, Black Tie Black IPA, and Holy Crap! Imperial Red Ale to zombies.

Bell’s Milchkaffee (5.5% ABV) is a sweet, milk stout brewed with a blend of two coffee beans, Pressed for Success, a medium roasted Nicaraguan coffee and Killer Beanz, a dark roasted Papua New Guinea coffee, roasted just a block away from Bell’s original brewery, next to the Eccentric Café, in downtown Kalamazoo.

Braxton Brewing Company will be releasing the first beer in their Heritage Series on Saturday, December 5, 2015. Dark Charge, an Imperial Stout, will be released in 22 oz. bottles along with three variants: Bourbon Barrel-Aged, Bourbon Barrel-Aged with Vanilla, and Bourbon Barrel-Aged with Starter Coffee. Upslope Brewing Company’s Christmas Ale is coming down the chimney just in time for the holidays. The Limited Release Belgian-style Dubbel brewed with holiday spices will decorate liquor store shelves in Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, Texas and Arizona starting the first week in November. For the first time, the popular Christmas Ale will be sold in four-packs of 12 oz. cans.

Ninkasi Brewing is expanding its reach in the east once again. The rapidly growing craft brewery, based in Eugene, Ore., today announced it would add permanent distribution throughout the Philadelphia area next month. In a press statement, the company said it had signed agreements with Gretz Beer Co. and Penn Beer.
