Colorado Craft Beer Groups Vote to Merge

Two groups representing the interests of Colorado craft brewery owners have merged just five months after 14 companies defected from the Colorado Brewers Guild, a statewide trade association that has advocated for breweries and brewpubs since 1995.

Mother Road Brewing Signs Lease on Second Brewing Facility

After five years making beer out of its downtown Flagstaff location, Mother Road Brewing Company is taking a major step to expand its operations. Last week, owners Michael and Alissa Marquess signed a lease on an 8,000-square-foot production facility about a mile east of the historic Mikes Pike brewery. This gives supporters a lot to celebrate for Mother Road’s 5th anniversary on November 17th.

42 North Releases Asylum Porter in 16 oz. Cans

42 North Brewing Company is proud to announce it’s latest can release, the Asylum Porter. The award-winning Asylum Porter pays tribute to one of the most iconic buildings on the 42nd parallel, The Richardson Complex. Constructed in the late 1800’s as the Buffalo State Asylum for the Insane, the Richardson Complex is currently being restored to a multi-purpose civic campus for public and private activities.

New Belgium Announces Winter Lineup: Accumulation, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ale, Anne-Françoise Spiced Dark Strong Ale and Bretta IPA

This winter New Belgium brings back an old favorite, cellars a recent addition, partners once again with B-Corp friends, and joins forces with a Belgian favorite to create five beers perfect for ushering out 2016. Available this month is Accumulation, the Ben & Jerry’s collaboration: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ale, the second release of Bretta IPA, and Anne Françoise Belgian Collaboration. In December, New Belgium brings back Clutch.

Barrel-Aged Rastaban Oud Bruin Returns at Ecliptic Brewing

Ecliptic Brewing will release its 2016 Barrel-Aged Rastaban Oud Bruin for a second year on November 12th with a limited tapping and bottle release. There will also be a very limited amount of 2015 Barrel-Aged Rastaban Oud Bruin bottles for sale.

Magnolia Brewing Expands to Los Angeles with Guardian Distribution

San Francisco’s beloved Magnolia Brewing Company is now available on draught throughout Los Angeles. Magnolia has partnered with the independent Guardian Distribution for distribution in Los Angeles County. Look for flagships brands Blue Bell Bitter, Proving Ground IPA, Prescription Pale and Kalifornia Kölsch plus seasonals and limited release beers from time to time.
