Boulevard Brewing today announced plans to expand its sales footprint, adding new distribution in Delaware, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Boulevard beers will begin hitting the new markets in late July, the company said.

Yards Brewing Company is back at it again, releasing their seasonal brew, PYNK: A Tart Berry Ale. PYNK was originally brewed as a draught-only limited release in the early 2000s, but this marks its fourth year as a packaged and draught seasonal from the Philadelphia-based regional craft brewery, available through October.

Mispillion River to Release ‘Threat Level Purple’ on July 9

Mispillion River Brewing will release Threat Level Purple, their Imperial IPA, in cans on July 9th at noon. Mispillion has hinted at the upcoming release on their Facebook page over the past month through the use of color themed images. Threat Level Purple was first publicized with a happy blue image and has gradually moved to a red image depicting a nuclear melt down. Once the image turns purple, customers will be able to purchase the beer.

Narragansett Beer’s Town Beach IPA Makes Its Return

At 4.7% ABV and 55 IBUs, Narragansett Town Beach IPA is brewed specially for the late summer months when the days are hotter and longer, requiring a bold yet sessionable beer to fuel a proper New England beach day. This brew starts with pale, cara pils and wheat malts, and Pacific Gem, Green Bullet, nugget, and EKG hops to give it a slight fruitiness before it’s dry-hopped with citra hops at the finish to bring the perfect balance of bitterness.
