Bluebird Hardwater is a fast-growing RTD brand based in Jacksonville, FL. We make non-carbonated canned cocktails with premium vodka or tequila, ultra-purified still water, and real fruit juice. No carbonation, no preservatives, no artificial flavors. We’re expanding and looking for a well-connected Sales Representative to drive growth across Arizona.
Position Overview
The Sales Representative for Arizona will be the primary brand driver across the state. This person will manage key on- and off-premise accounts, and be the face of Bluebird Hardwater in the market. You will be responsible for growing brand awareness, building lasting trade relationships, and executing sales strategies that drive volume and velocity across the territory. You will grow velocity, execute programs, and establish Bluebird Hardwater as a must-stock brand throughout Arizona.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct regular account visits to on-premise and off-premise accounts to drive brand presence and sell- through
• Build and maintain a robust call schedule across on-premise and off-premise independent accounts
• Execute distributor work-withs, and ride-alongs to drive rep engagement
• Lead brand activations, samplings, and events across the Arizona market and beyond
• Identify and pursue new account openings to expand distribution across the state
• Track sales data, account performance, and report results to leadership regularly
• Serve as the day-to-day brand expert for all trade and distributor partners in the territory
Qualifications
• 3+ years of beverage alcohol sales experience, preferably in RTD/canned cocktails, spirits, beer, or FMB categories
• Established relationships with accounts and/or distributors in Arizona preferred
• Must reside near Tempe, AZ
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a state territory independently
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly across Arizona
• Passion for emerging brands and the craft beverage space
