Darden Restaurants, Inc. announced that it will acquire the popular craft beer centric restaurant chain Yard House for $585 Million according to press materials released yesterday. Darden Restaurant Group’s brands include Red Lobster, Olive Garden and The Capital Grille, among others. Yard House currently operates 39 restaurants across 13 states and is expanding.
