Crown Beverage Packaging to Sponsor 2015 Homefront IPA Release

For the second straight year, CROWN Beverage Packaging North America will help to make Memorial Day memorable in support of U.S. military armed services, veterans, and their families. The Company will be a national sponsor of Hops for Heroes’ 2015 Homefront IPA program and will donate cans, graphics work for can printing, and freight for shipping, so that the ten participating craft breweries can produce their own unique versions of Homefront IPA for mutual release parties, events and local accounts.

Exploration. Fun. Ten teams of two vied for the chance to have their beer recipe brewed, packaged and distributed on a national scale. Starting today, Stone is proud to release the champion entry from this year’s competition—Stone Spotlight: Imperial Mutt Brown Ale. Fans may purchase the limited-release beer in 22-ounce bottles and on draft at retailers in select markets where Stone beer is sold.

New Belgium Partners with Waterkeeper Alliance for Skinny Dip Promo

Skinny Dip, New Belgium Brewing’s summer seasonal, makes another splash this year as a go-to beer for summer fun while supporting clean water and conservation. Now through July, Skinny Dip is turning its attention to the Waterkeeper Alliance, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that stands for swimmable, drinkable and fishable waterways worldwide. To support this organization, New Belgium will donate $1, up to $10,000, to Waterkeeper Alliance for every fan photo posted to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #WaterkeeperDip.

Brew Hub Expands Network with Toppling Goliath

Brew Hub has again added to its roster of contract partners, bringing Iowa’s Toppling Goliath into its brewing network, the company announced today. Per an agreement between the two companies, Toppling Goliath will soon begin producing a number of its beers – including Golden Nugget IPA and Rover Truck Oatmeal Stout – at Brew Hub’s facility in Lakeland, Fla. Finished product will then be shipped back for distribution throughout Iowa, Wisconsin and Minnesota, a new market for the brand, according to a company statement.
