Everybody’s Brewing announced today the release of their newest beer, Mountain Mama Pale Ale. Coming in at 5.6% ABV, and 55 IBUs, the hop profile is led by Citra and Cascade, with CTZ used for bittering. The brewery plans to keep this beer available year round.

Florida-based Cigar City Brewing will expand its distribution footprint for the first time in four years when it enters Tennessee next week, the company announced Thursday. The entry marks the beginning of an ambitious expansion plan for Cigar City that will include forays into North Carolina, South Carolina, New Jersey, Colorado and Utah, chief operating officer Justin Clark told Brewbound.

Armada Brewing, a new Connecticut-based craft brewery, has moved in with East Haven’s Overshores Brewing to begin brew operations. On January 20, 2017, Armada will launch their “Cursed King IPA”, the first of their fleet of beers to Connecticut. The bottle release will be held at Overshores Brewing at 250Bradley Street in East Haven from 9am – 4pm. Following the bottle release,Armada is having their launch party at The Beer Collective at 130 Court StreetNew Haven from 5pm – 10pm. Half Acre Beer Company and Colorado-based Ska Brewing invite Chicagoans to celebrate the release of their collaborative Old Century Imperial Brown Ale at Charleston Bar on Friday, Jan. 13 at 8 p.m. Ska Co-Founder Dave Thibodeau met with the crew at Half Acre in Chicago this fall to produce the duo’s first collaboration brew together.
