As 2017 drew to a close, Rave Associates, the first distributor of Bell’s Brewery, reached a historic milestone with the Michigan craft beer institution: 1 million case equivalents sold in one year. A case equivalent is equal to one case of beer, or 24, 12 oz. cans or bottles. It’s the first time a beer distributor in Michigan, or any other state, has reached that achievement with Bell’s.

For the second time in as many years, Pabst Brewing Company will undergo a major round of layoffs, today announcing that it has eliminated a total of 70 positions from the company.
