C Squared Ciders, a Denver, CO-based independent craft cidery announced the release of Drake, the second offering from their high end and barrel-aged Sailor Series. Drake is an English-American Hybrid Cider made with heritage Chisel Jersey apples.
Founders Brewing Co. announced Panther Cub as the fourth release in the taproom-only Mothership Series. Panther Cub is the first barrel-aged release of the series. It will be exclusively available in the brewery’s Detroit and Grand Rapids taprooms in 6-pack bottles and on draft beginning December 1.

Shipments of domestically brewed beer are down about 2.9 percent, according to the Beer Institute, but year-to-date volume sales at off-premise retailers are still basically flat. Lompoc Brewing will release eight holiday beers on draft this season. The beers will be available at a release party on Monday, Nov. 26 from 4 pm to 11 pm at Lompoc Sidebar, 3901 N Williams Ave. The beers will go on tap at Oaks Bottom and 5th Quadrant on Tuesday, Nov. 27. One of the beers, C-Sons Greetings, will also be released in 22-oz. bottles, which will be available at the release party.
