While there was plenty of excitement in the air last week at how large the annual Craft Brewers Conference had become, a few of the more seasoned attendees had some cautionary words when asked to reflect on various challenges facing craft brewers in today’s growing market.
LONDON & DENVER – SABMiller plc (SAB.L) and Molson Coors Brewing Company TAP -2.24% reported that MillerCoors first quarter underlying net income increased 16.6 percent to $275.3 million versus the first quarter 2011, driven by positive pricing growth, cost management and favorable mix.
