Former First Beverage Group director JB Shireman has joined Arlington Capital, the Alabama-based investment bank announced today. Shireman, who departed First Beverage at the end of 2017, will serve as a director with Arlington and “further bolster” the firm’s craft beverage advisory business, a press release noted.

Boulder Beer Company to Release Irish Blessing Oak-Aged Coffee Stout

Boulder Beer Company, Colorado’s First Craft Brewery, is pleased to announce the upcoming release of Irish Blessing, an Oak-Aged Coffee Stout, in cans and draft. Irish Blessing is a dark coffee Stout brewed with an abundance of black and chocolate malts for a bittersweet chocolate finish, and OZO Coffee for rich roasted coffee notes.

Reuben’s Brews Releases ‘Bits and Bobs’ IPA

Reuben’s Brews has just added a new spring seasonal to its lineup. “Bits and Bobs” IPA will be available from January through April in cans, draft and bottles. Each spring, the beer will feature a new recipe, taking everything the brewery learned throughout the year to create a brand-new brew. For 2018, Bits and Bobs was brewed with Strata (originally X331), Azacca and Citra hops, alongside a predominantly pale malt bill with a touch of Vienna malt to provide balance.
