Odell Brewing has released a new seasonal offering, a 6.5% ABV American Brown Ale, Settle Down Brown. “The colder months always get us reaching for darker beers with rich malts and warming notes” explains Brendan McGivney, COO. “For Settle Down we took those rich malts and brighten them up with some tropical hops.”

Holidaily Brewing Hires New Brewer

Holidaily Brewing, one of the few certified gluten-free breweries in the U.S., bolstered its considerable growth plans today by hiring Jacob Johnson as a brewer. Holidaily, which currently distributes three beers along Colorado’s Front Range, brought on Johnson as it targets a 75 percent increase in production this year from 2017 levels.

Reuben’s Brews has just added a new spring seasonal to its lineup. “Bits and Bobs” IPA will be available from January through April in cans, draft and bottles. Each spring, the beer will feature a new recipe, taking everything the brewery learned throughout the year to create a brand-new brew. For 2018, Bits and Bobs was brewed with Strata (originally X331), Azacca and Citra hops, alongside a predominantly pale malt bill with a touch of Vienna malt to provide balance.
