This May, Calicraft Brewing Company, known for making beer-wine hybrids, is releasing Rosé Ale in 6 pack cans. Rosé Ale is part of Calicraft’s California Sparkling Ales series, which are beers fermented with wine yeast with the intention of creating wine-like flavors, textures, and aromas. By fermenting with wine yeast, wine grapes, and fruits, Calicraft creates beverages that blur the line between beer and wine.

Overshores Brewing Co., Connecticut’s first and only dedicated Belgian style brewer announced the launch of a new type of brewery today that will add momentum to Connecticut’s growing enthusiasm for small batch, hand crafted ales and lagers while giving a leg up to new and innovative brands. The new concept, dubbed ‘The Beeracks’ aims to be Connecticut’s first truly collaborative brewing space where multiple independent breweries operate under one roof.
