On Saturday, May 20, “Ursus Mapletimus,” the new beer, a Smoked Maple Imperial White Ale, will be exclusively released at Zoo-ologie: A Midsummer Night’s Roar, the Auxiliary Board of Lincoln Park Zoo’s annual signature fundraiser. DryHop Brewers Executive Chef Jeff Dysart will also serve Bourbon Maple Syrup Ice Cream with a Vanilla-Rye Whisky Glaze, Smoked Sugar, Blackberry, and Mint in a Waffle Cone to pair with the Imperial White Ale.
