On Saturday, May 20, “Ursus Mapletimus,” the new beer, a Smoked Maple Imperial White Ale, will be exclusively released at Zoo-ologie: A Midsummer Night’s Roar, the Auxiliary Board of Lincoln Park Zoo’s annual signature fundraiser.
