Catawba Brewing taps their Breezy Brae Biere de Miel (6.3 percent ABV) on Thursday, September 28. This Belgian-style Farmhouse Ale is brewed with honey malt and a Southern Appalachian raw honey varietal from Wild Mountain Bees in Weaverville, NC. The beer was fermented with a blend of Belgian Saison yeast and Brettanomyces, producing a complex flavor profile of fruity esters with a subtle earthy sweetness from the honey.

‘Roll out the barrel—we’ll have a barrel of fun!’ Pelican Brewing Company rolls out the latest in its Lone Pelican Series: Bronze God, Märzen-style Lager or German-style Oktoberfest beer.
