Tilray Brands is moving large-scale production from Revolver Brewing’s facility in Granbury, Texas, to other facilities, the company confirmed in a statement to Brewbound. Revolver’s Texas location “will continue to operate, focusing on unique and innovative brews, and the taproom will remain open.”
Zipline Brewing Company, Nebraska’s largest craft brewery, has ceased brewing operations and closed its taproom and beer lounge in Lincoln, “effective immediately,” the company announced Thursday on Facebook.
Great Lakes Brewing Company (GLBC) is throwing its hat in the low-ABV ring. The Cleveland-based craft brewery has released Dort Light, a 90-calorie, 2.9%-ABV extension of its flagship Dortmunder Gold Lager.
After a dozen years, Minneapolis’ Bauhaus Brew Labs will close its doors in late June, the brewery announced last week.
Bauhaus cited “a number of serious challenges” that contributed to its decision to cease operations, including “substantial cost increases in our supply chain, shifts in consumer preferences away from craft beer, a global pandemic and most recently, a surge in federal immigration enforcement that directly targeted our wonderful city and deeply affected businesses across the hospitality industry,” it wrote on Facebook.
