Heavy Seas today announced the release of its spring seasonal offering, Dubbel Cannon, a Belgian-style IPA. Dubbel Cannon will be available April through June in 12 oz bottles, on draught and on cask. This release coincides with the release of Plank II, also being made available in April.
Last June we reported that veteran Brewmaster Larry Sidor would be parting ways with Deschutes Brewery to embark on a new project that included 21st Amendment’s Dave Wilson and TBD Agency’s Paul Evers. BOULDER, CO – The Brewers Association (BA), the trade association representing small and independent brewers, today released 2011 data on U.S. craft brewing1. Craft brewers saw volume2 rise 13 percent, with a 15 percent increase in retail sales from 2010 to 2011, representing a total barrel increase of 1.3 million.
