Ska Brewing Releases Hop Ivy in Cans

Ska Brewing announces the release of Hop Ivy in cans— its first canned craft beer sourced entirely with Colorado ingredients. Hop Ivy is Colorado’s first craft beer to reach Platinum Certification status through the Real Colorado Beer Project. The project was created to support the local Colorado economy as well as help the consumer recognize real Colorado beer.

Alaskan Brewing Company yesterday announced that longtime chief operating officer Linda Thomas would take over as the company’s CEO. Citing their desire to continue building the “pioneering legacy” of Alaskan Brewing, company founders Geoff and Marcy Larson said promoting Thomas to CEO would enable the pair to spend more time “focusing on innovation and the spirit of craft brewing.”

Second Self Beer Company Introduces New Summer Seasonal, Maverick & Gose

Second Self Beer Company is excited to announce its newest seasonal release: Maverick & Gose (4.4% ABV, 8 IBU)! This beer arrives just in time for the heat of summer. Available through September, Second Self’s take on a traditional Gose includes the addition of fresh coriander and is dry hopped with fruity Wakatu hops to balance out its slightly tart and salty nature. It’s a beer that’s good anytime, but best enjoyed outdoors on your favorite patio.

Knee Deep Brewing Company is now actively selling in Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. “This will complete our footprint in the New England states, and will give us a total of 21 active states.
