Bremerton, WA – What is Ziggy Zoggy? Inspired by one of Silver City Brewmaster Don Spencer’s many excursions to Germany to study the art of lager crafting, Ziggy Zoggy is our interpretation of a Zwickelbier, a type of young lager.
The first thing you’ll notice when tasting Ziggy Zoggy is just how refreshing it is. When it’s 90 degrees outside, there’s nothing quite like the sensation of being depth charged into chilled bliss by this satisfying beverage. Utilizing only the finest Pilsner malts that can be sourced as well as a touch of honey malt for a subtle, but unmistakable sweetness, this golden grail of a lager sticks its assertive landing with the zesty snap of the Sterling hop.
Ziggy Zoggy pairs perfectly with just about any food you throw at it. Schnitzel? Check. Tacos? Check. Pasta? Check. However, there’s nothing quite like a pleasantly chilled Ziggy Zoggy chased by a classic, American cheeseburger right off the grill.

Limited Series: Liquid Sunshine Belgian-Style Tripel
Liquid Sunshine is a full-flavored interpretation of a Trappist Monk’s dream beer. Golden-yellow in color, it shines with layers of candied sugar and bready malts and finishes dry with subtle fruit and Belgian yeast notes.
Specially formulated by Silver City Brewery’s mystical wizard of all-things-Belgian, Matt Riggs, Liquid Sunshine uses a specialized yeast strain that brings about the classic fruit and spice elements the Tripel style is known for, but with a smoothness and drinkability that one would not expect from a 9% ABV beer.
Liquid Sunshine’s spicy and fruity flavor profile blends exceptionally with fruit and cheese. Wafer crackers spread with brie or goat cheese and a dollop of berry preserves will send this ale into the stratosphere.
A cult favorite amongst Silver City Brewery fans, Liquid Sunshine is now available on draft and in 22oz bottles at the taproom, Silver City Restaurant & Ale House, and specialty tap houses and bottle shops throughout Western Washington.
