Denver’s River North Brewery to Reopen on April 2

Don’t call it a comeback. Less than six months after exile from its original home – thanks to Denver’s insatiable real estate development – River North Brewery returns with new digs and a quest for vengeance…or just brewing. On Saturday, April 2nd, the brewery will open its new expanded facility at 6021 Washington Street, Unit A in Denver. At close to 9,000 square feet, the new location is double the size of the original. It includes a new brewhouse, more tanks, and a larger taproom.

Beginning this week, 2016 Stone Imperial Russian Stout will start arriving in 22-ounce bottles and on draft at bars, retailers and restaurants in markets where Stone beer is sold.

Stone Brewing Co. is nearly national and the San Diego-based craft beer maker said it plans to be distributing in all 50 states before the end of 2016. It will move one step closer today, as it rolls out throughout Arkansas, its 42nd state. Michigan’s Bell’s Brewery, meanwhile, said it will continue its 2016 distribution expansion in May with forays into Nebraska, South Dakota and Kansas.

Allagash Celebrates Local Agriculture with New ‘Sixteen Counties’ Release

Sixteen Counties will be available year-round in 750ml cork & cage finished bottles across Allagash Brewing distribution footprint, and on draft in bbl. kegs at select locations; the beer will be sold for the first time in the Allagash tasting room on Saturday, April 16.
