Blake’s Hard Cider Expands Across Midwest

Family owned and operated Blake’s Hard Cider Co. is making their way across the Midwest. The Michigan-based craft cidery today announced plans to enter Kentucky in April & Chicago by June after opening up Ohio, Indiana, parts of Illinois, Wisconsin, and parts of North Carolina over the last 2 months. These moves will give Blake’s Hard Cider 7 states of distribution, with no signs of slowing down. Quickly becoming one of the nations fastest growing craft hard cider companies; nipping at the heals of the larger national cider brands.

Stony Creek Brewery Expands Distribution to Massachusetts

Stony Creek Brewery is pleased to announce plans to expand distribution into Massachusetts. The Connecticut based brewery will be available in greater Boston and shoreline MA in March via Horizon Beverage. Full statewide coverage will commence in April through the addition of Quality Beverage, Williams Distributing and Girardi Distributors.

Mother Road Welcomes New Brewhouse Ambassador

Southern Tier Brewing Releases Rhine Cabal Sour Ale

Today, we’re releasing Rhine Cabal, a Sour Ale with New York State Riesling grape juice as our second beer in the ultra-rare Cellar Vault Series. Following the overwhelming response to the limited release of Four Headed Wooly Mammoth, a massive 11% ABV Belgian Quad, our second Cellar Vault offering is taking a different approach. This 5.5% ABV Sour Ale is crisp, tart and reminiscent of the fine Riesling wines coming from the Finger Lakes region in New York. For this hybrid brew, the company sourced Riesling grape juice from Ventosa Vineyards Estate Winery in Geneva, NY on the northern tip of Seneca Lake, the largest of central NY’s Finger Lakes.

Perrin Brewing Expands Distribution to Colorado

Michigan’s Perrin Brewing plans to take the first step towards out-of-state distribution. Shipments of Perrin beer are expected to hit stores in Colorado late March/early April.

Anheuser-Busch Partners with Ibotta to Offer Cash Back on Beer Purchases

Ibotta, the leading mobile shopping app that pays consumers cash back on their everyday purchases, today announced a preferred partnership with Anheuser-Busch to offer beer shoppers cash-back rebates on Anheuser-Busch products through the Ibotta app. The partnership, which runs through February 2018, will provide Ibotta shoppers over the age of 21 with special offers on the sale of beer at convenience, grocery and liquor stores, as well as bars and restaurants where legally permitted across the country.
