Half Acre Beer Company and Colorado-based Ska Brewing invite Chicagoans to celebrate the release of their collaborative Old Century Imperial Brown Ale at Charleston Bar on Friday, Jan. 13 at 8 p.m. Ska Co-Founder Dave Thibodeau met with the crew at Half Acre in Chicago this fall to produce the duo’s first collaboration brew together.

Bold Rock Hard Cider has announced the launch of a the first seasonal for 2017, Bold Rock Citrus. This is the first seasonal Bold Rock has released in 2017. This will be the first time Cigar City has served it’s beer in Michigan and will be the one and only batch of Michigan-brewed Jai Alai IPA.

Baja Brewing Company (BBC), the original craft brewery in the Mexican state of Baja California Sur, debuts its new brand identity which includes a full-scale redesign of its entire line of products. Newly created packaging, tap handles, website and POS materials are live and painted bottles will begin shipping in late Q1 of 2017.

About a year ago, Asheville was in the running as the location for Deschutes’ East Coast expansion brewery, and while Roanoke earned that honor, the Asheville Brewing and Deschutes brewing teams hit it off during the exploration process. They birthed the idea of a pub-to-pub collabeeration, regardless of where the expansion brewery would land.
