Brewery Ommegang is proud once again to shine the spotlight on New York State hop farmers with the release of Hopstate IPA, a classic India Pale Ale brewed exclusively with New York State hops. Hopstate IPA is part of the brewery’s Farmhouse Series, a line of beers that draws inspiration from the brewery’s home on the site of a historic 140-acre hop farm.

Ninkasi CFO Departs; Company Eliminates 3 Marketing Positions

Another longtime Ninkasi Brewing executive has left the building. In an email to Brewbound, Ninkasi co-founder and CEO Nikos Ridge confirmed that CFO Nigel Francisco left the Eugene, Oregon-based craft brewery in June, after about a decade, in order to pursue a similar role with King Estate Winery, which is also located in Eugene. In an unrelated move, the craft brewery also laid off three employees in the marketing and communications departments, Ridge confirmed.

In a press release, the company said it had signed with six wholesalers for coverage throughout Colorado beginning this fall.
