WOODS MONK BARREL AGED QUAD on Friday 10/6:
Including a multitude of rich imported malts to give body, sweetness, and depth to its apparent strength, Woods Monk is fermented with a monastic strain of yeast and bursting with complex aromas of dark fruit, brown sugar, and subtle spice. This updated version was aged for six months in whiskey barrels! ABV 9.4%, IBUs 31.
