LAFAYETTE, Colo. - November 18, 2025 - Stem Ciders, part of the Wilding Brands family, today introduces Stem Zero, its latest product innovation and first alcohol-free cider. Stem Zero is a vibrant, refreshing option delivering everything Stem Ciders fans have come to love, without the alcohol. Stem Zero is a compelling new addition for the growing demand for non-alc offerings and expands consumer occasions, without compromising on taste.

Unlike many non-alcoholic beverages that remove alcohol after brewing, Stem Zero is crafted from the very beginning as a true 0.0 craft beverage, and made with the same dedication to quality, flavor and innovation that defines Stem Ciders: real, fresh fruit, low calories, and a touch of apple cider vinegar for balance and prebiotic support. Stem Zero offers all of the flavor with none of the booze.

“At Stem Ciders and across the Wilding Brands portfolio, we’re always innovating and working to bring fans new products that expand occasions to enjoy a craft beverage,” said Patrick Combs, Wilding VP of Liquids. “We started talking about Stem Zero years ago, and the development process was over 18 months. We had to get it right - the best ingredients and the right mix of flavors all with zero alcohol. We offered a limited run of Stem Zero at Acreage, our Colorado headquarters, and the response was amazing - it sold out quickly and had a great response from our distributor partners as well. We knew we had a winner, and we’re really excited to be expanding our NA offerings with delicious, zero alcohol ciders.”

Stem Zero is available today at independent retail locations, online at stemciders.com, and is introduced in two flavors available in 4-packs: Blueberry Lime - lush, tangy and vibrant, blending blueberries, lime and aromatic bergamot for a bright, unexpected flavor journey; and Apricot Haze - hoppy, hazy and nectarous with big fruit flavors and fragrant hops. A variety 6-pack will debut in January, introducing a third flavor: Pear - blending fresh-pressed pears and apples with notes of caramel and a crisp, fruity finish.

“Stem Zero is a perfect choice for holiday gatherings, Dry January, and anytime you want a delicious, refreshing craft beverage without the alcohol,” added Combs.

Stem Zero:

  • 0.0 percent ABV – Never alcoholic. Crafted from the start with zero alcohol.

  • Low calorie – A lighter option built on the truth that better-for-you can still taste amazing, at just 60 calories.

  • Prebiotic - Made with premium apple cider vinegar.

  • Quality and Flavor - True to the Stem Standard. Every can delivers the crisp, fruit-forward flavor Stem fans expect.

  • Availability: 4-packs of Blueberry Lime and Apricot Haze are available now; a variety 6-pack with Blueberry Lime, Apricot Haze and Pear is coming in January .

Founded in 2013 by two friends who bonded over cider and home brewing, Stem Ciders began in a garage in Lafayette, Colorado. Guided by the philosophy that “the world is your orchard,” the cidery has grown while maintaining a focus on fresh-pressed juice, real ingredients, and bold flavor experimentation. As part of the Wilding Brands family, Stem Ciders continues to push the boundaries of modern cider making, from traditional dry ciders to innovative offerings like Stem Zero.

Stem Zero builds on Stem Ciders’ growing portfolio of offerings including Blueberry Lime, Harvest Peach, Off Dry, Apricot Haze, Pear, Chile Guava, Real Dry, Hibiscus, Ridgeline Strawberry - Hibiscus, and Chill Hard Ciders: Hard Tea and Hard Lemonade.

About Wilding Brands: Based in Lafayette, Colorado, we’re a locally owned portfolio of craft beverage brands fueled by a love for creativity and connection. Since our founding we’ve grown into nine unique beverage brands, including Stem Ciders, Denver Beer Co., Great Divide Brewing Co., Cerveceria Colorado, Funkwerks Brewing, Formation Brewing, Howdy Beer Co., Easy Living Hop Water, Station 26 Brewing Co. and Upslope Brewing Co. With vibrant taprooms and restaurants across Colorado, we’re not just part of the craft beverage scene—we’re shaping it. Our partnership is all about bringing people together over great drinks, celebrating creativity, and raising the bar for what the craft beverage experience can be.
