Steel Bridge Porter has a long history in the Widmer Brothers brewhouse, and the dark beer favorite is receiving yet another “promotion” at the brewery. Today, Steel Bridge Porter will be introduced in six packs for the first time to beer drinkers in Oregon and Washington.
Cascade Brewing Barrel House will release Framblanc 2015 in bottle and draft on Wednesday, March 2, at the Cascade Brewing Barrel House. Framblanc is a blend of sour Blond and Triple ales aged in oak wine barrels for up to 15 months with locally grown white raspberries.
Upslope Brewing Company, the Boulder-based brewery with national craft beer acclaim, is announcing the re-release of their spring seasonal Limited Release Belgian Style Pale Ale and the first 2016 installment of the Tap Room Series, a Dunkelweizen. These two beers will be available for a limited time only starting today with the Dunkel followed by the The Belgian Style Pale Ale next week.
Scarlet Lane Brewing is excited to announce the next territory expansion and new partnerships in Northern Indiana. The company will be working with Calumet Breweries and United Beverage to close out the distribution in the Northern half of the state. Currently, Scarlet Lane has been working with Aalco Distributing in the Northeast counties of Indiana. The brewery plans to offer a selection of its core brands and seasonal beers for both draft and package accounts for all of Northern Indiana.

Great Notion Brewing is hosting a Grand Beer Release event on Saturday, March 5. Attendees are invited to the brewery from 12PM – 11PM to sample from the brewery’s full beer lineup. Tickets will be sold for $10 at the door, which includes a Great Notion Libbey collector’s glass and 4 tasting tickets. Additional tickets can be purchased for $1 each.

Ska Brewing announced this week they will be canning bottles—and will be packaging their 12 oz. beers entirely with cans. Ska, the second craft brewery in the country to package any of its beer in cans (behind fellow Colorado craft canners Oskar Blues), is moving their entire flagship portfolio to an all-can lineup. The new cans will start hitting shelves in all of Ska’s markets on March 1, 2016.
Colorado’s Left Hand Brewing will enter Louisiana next month, the 36th state where the company’s products are sold. The brewery has inked an agreement with Crescent Crown Distributing LLC. for coverage throughout the state. California’s Knee Deep Brewing, meanwhile, this week announced a foray into Florida, signing with Crafty Connoisseurs Distributing for coverage throughout the southeastern region of the state.

Moonlight Meadery has set a date for the release of Utopian (batch #9) for February 18th, 2016. Riptide Brewing Company of Naples, Florida announces it has signed a distribution contract with JJ Taylor Distributing. Riptide will begin distributing kegs of their Paddlepuss blonde and Undertow IPA beers to a select group of bars, restaurants and specialty retailers.
