New Belgium Snow Day To Replace 2┬░ Below Ale

Snow DayFORT COLLINS – New Belgium announced today, plans to replace their winter seasonal 2┬░ Below Ale, with the similarly named ‘Snow Day.’

“Snow Day will replace 2┬░ Below this year,” writes Bryan Simpson, New Belgium spokesperson. “We’re looking at giving seasonals a two year run.”

Snow Day will be available from November through January. It is brewed with caramel roasted Midnight Wheat and Styrian Golding, Centennial and Cascade hops. The beer will check in at 6.25 percent ABV.

“It’s such a good opportunity to develop and place new beers,” Simpson wrote. “We want to keep that program dynamic.”

New Belgium’s current offering in the Seasonal rotation is Somersault, available through the end of July. Next up will be Hoptober, a golden ale that checks in at 6-percent ABV. Hoptober will be available August through October.
