Brewers! Mark your calendars. On Oct 22 - 25 the Food Craft Institute is running their annual Business of Craft Beer course and they have two full scholarships on offer. Join the founders and brewers of Fort Point Brewing, Woods Beer Co, Drakes Brewing, 21st Amendment, Magnolia Brewing, Temescal Brewing, Admiral Maltings and master cicerone Nicole Erny on site at their breweries to learn their trade. If it's your time to go pro this is a great way to start. Scholarship applications close October 8.
