In early January 2016, Burial Beer Co. announced their plans for second brewery also located in Asheville, NC and plans for a new side project. The brewery, which opened in 2013 with a one-barrel system, quickly outgrew the home-brew size brewery into a ten-barrel operation. Now having just celebrated their third anniversary in June, the brewery will expand distribution outside their home state.

W.M. Sprinkman Corporation, a third-generation family business providing sanitary, stainless steel processing solutions for the craft brewing industry, is moving its Wisconsin-based company headquarters and manufacturing operations to a new facility in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Sprinkman will transition operations from Franksville, Wisconsin to a plant in an industrial park south of the Waukesha County Airport by fall of 2016 following renovations at the site. The company will maintain its production facility in Elroy, Wisconsin, which has been part of the corporation since 2000.
Lumberyard Brewing Company is proud to release its first can in their Sawtooth Series – High Water Imperial IPA. This Imperial IPA is all about the hops! Brewed as an exaggerated version of Lumberyard Brewing Company’s Flagstaff IPA, this beer has a higher hop bitterness that is counter balanced by the additional malts, giving it a big, yet drinkable flavor at 8.5% ABV and 100 IBU.
