Finch’s Beer Co. Releases Stache In the Wood

Chicago, IL – Finch’s Beer Co. is proud to present Stache In the Wood, our barrel-aged Secret Stache Stout. Aged in Willett Distillery/Kentucky Bourbon Distillery whiskey barrels for up to six months, rich bourbon and oak enhance the full flavor of specialty ingredients vanilla bean and lactose in this robust beer. As with the gold medal-winning original, this American stout is brewed with heaps of chocolate malt which give it its color as well as its chocolate and coffee notes.

This is the second addition to Finch’s barrel aging program which currently also includes Pig In the Wood, our bourbon barrel-aged Fascist Pig Ale. Stache In the Wood is available in 22oz. bottles beginning March 1st.
