Join us for a night of Southern Tier Brewing, paired alongside a range of dishes from Fred and Ethel's top chefs. Spanning five courses, see just what we have in store with lagers, ales, and stouts, matched up with delectable dishes from appetizers to dessert.

Dinner starts at 6:30pm (6:00pm Check-In with Welcome Beer).
