This beer is the symbolic result of years of collaboration between now neighboring breweries, GoodLife Brewing and The Ale Apothecary. As two distinct versions of what an independent American craft brewery is and represents, we designed this Brett Lager to take elements from both breweries to create something new and unique.

Drake’s Brewing Releases War Pigeon Double IPA

After its 2016 debut, War Pigeon is back again by popular demand as a limited release double IPA, available now through the end of November. War Pigeon is dry and bright and brewed with a variety of ultra-fresh hops from Styrian Cardinal, Mosaic, Chinook, and Pekko. At 8% ABV, it’s an aromatic blast of sweet pineapple and citrus zest, with hints of floral aromatics.

From garages and kitchens, to craft breweries across America, Samuel Adams is giving brewers around the country a chance to turn up the heat on their mash. During this years’ Great American Beer Festival (GABF), Samuel Adams announced homebrewer Ronnie Lawson of Austin, TX as the overall winner of the 2017 LongShot American Homebrew Contest and Peter Malikowski of Hampden, ME and Justin Greer of Royal Oak, MD as the runners up. The brewer also announced that Timothy and Dali Parker from Chula Vista Brewery in Chula Vista, CA won the 2018 Brewing & Business Experienceship as part of the Samuel Adams Brewing the American Dream (BTAD) program.
