When Craft Brew Alliance CEO Terry Michaelson called the company’s new gluten-free brand, Omission, a “game-changer”, he wasn’t kidding.
The company announced earlier this week that the introduction of Omission would mark the first time a U.S. craft brewer was able to create a gluten-free beer using traditional ingredients.
The lineup currently boasts a lager and pale ale, but Michaelson told Brewbound.com that the new brand could see some line extensions.
Omission will initially only be available in Oregon beginning next week. In the meantime, learn more about the brand in this nifty promo video.
