Valley Center, CA — We had our soft opening on Oct 9th, just in time for Thursday Night Football and had a great crowd. Our tasting room, Brewhouse and production facility have a capacity for 100 indoors and 110 outdoors and has been revamped with new paint, gardens, and dog friendly enviroments. Our tasting room has 7 big screens for watching up to 3 events at a time and 13 Beers on Tap currently, with a capacity for 32 as we grow. Our smaller pilot system, a 15 gallon homebrew system, assists us in developing experimental beers as well, with four of them on tap now. Both 64oz and 16oz mason growlers are available for a selection of our beers, due to limited quantities of stock.
Our tap room is Family friendly, with a dedicated play area for kids, a game chest, and barrel fish ponds. We are also Dog friendly for friendly dogs, as long as they are on a leash. We have an expansive patio that is half covered and half uncovered, with the covered area available for private events. Our location has food on either side of us and restaurants up the road in our town centers. Catering and Food trucks are in the works and everyone is welcome to bring in their own food to dine in at one of our many tables inside and picnic benches outside.
