GLENDALE, WI – Sprecher Brewing Company and Sprecher’s Restaurant & Pub have teamed up with their distributors — Beechwood Sales & Service, General Beverage and Preferred Beverage — to host a weeklong benefit for the victims of Hurricane Sandy. Bring some family and friends to any Sprecher’s Restaurant & Pub, watch the games this weekend, enjoy each other’s company with an award-winning Oktoberfest or Root Beer, try something off the menu and have fun while helping others.
At all three Sprecher’s Restaurant & Pub locations, $1 from every pint of award-winning Oktoberfest and Root Beer sold November 4th-10th will be donated to the American Red Cross for the benefit Hurricane Sandy victims.
“We’ve all seen numerous images and heard heart-wrenching accounts of devastation wrought by Sandy on people along the Eastern seaboard–especially those living in New York and New Jersey–many of whom are police, fire fighters, emergency responders; regular people whose lives have been turned upside down. We’re sponsoring this benefit because we feel compelled to help, and we are grateful to both our partners at Sprecher’s Restaurant & Pub and our distributors for jumping on board and making this fundraiser possible,” said Anne Sprecher, spokesperson for Sprecher Brewing Company.
