LAS VEGAS – ARIA Resort & Casino has teamed up with Las Vegas’ own Sin City Brewing Company to create a special edition pale ale that will only be available within the AAA Five Diamond resort. The full-bodied Sin City Extra Pale Ale will be served on tap throughout the resort starting this month.
“Just like foodies, today’s beer drinkers are savvier than ever and prefer a high-quality, locally sourced brew,” said ARIA’s Property Mixologist Craig Schoettler. “By partnering with Sin City Brewing Co., ARIA is able to offer a superior craft beer for the traveler who wants a taste of Las Vegas’ growing beer scene.”
ARIA’s exclusive Sin City Extra Pale Ale is a session-style beer (5.5 percent ABV) robust in hoppiness, complemented by a slight malt sweetness and a crisp finish, resulting in a flavorful pale ale that is easy and enjoyable to drink.
Sin City’s Master Brewer Rich Johnson said, “With ARIA’s impressive beverage program, we wanted to make a beer that would excite the beverage enthusiasts who frequent the resort. Sin City’s Extra Pale Ale provides craft beginners a hoppy drink that won’t overwhelm them, while at the same time delivers unique depths of flavors to appeal to beer aficionados.”
