Stockton, CA – High Water Brewing Company is celebrating it’s 5th anniversary with it’s latest specialty beer release; Boom Boom Out Gose The Lights. It’s our take on the traditional Gose style of beer, with a little High Water twist. We added pink Himalayan sea salt, apple juice, and galagal root in the brewing process. The result is a clean, crisp and refreshing beer with a champagne like effervescence.
Available now through the summer in 22 oz bottles and 15.5 and 5 gal kegs.
