Harpoon Brewery to Releases Lime-y Vice Gose

BOSTON AND WINDSOR, Vt. – Harpoon Brewery’s newest summer seasonal offering, a Miami-inspired gose, is now available. Harpoon Lime-y Vice is tart and lime-y up front, with a delicately salty, slightly spiced crisp finish. A drinkable summer gose at 4.7 percent ABV, Harpoon Lime-y Vice is bound to transport anyone to the luxurious shores of Miami.

“A first for us here at Harpoon Brewery, this gose-style beer is packed with summery lime flavor that we think our fans will love,” said Al Marzi, Chief Brewing Officer for Harpoon Brewery. “As someone who can only dream of living the Miami life, sipping Lime-y Vice easily transports me to my imaginary harborside yacht.”

Lime-y Vice is an intriguing mix of tart lime, spicy coriander, and sea salt. Perfect for summer hangouts with friends, this crisp, hazy gose is a refreshing take on the style. Harpoon’s brewers experimented with 8 or so iterations of a lime gose before achieving the perfect balance of flavors and settling on the final recipe for Lime-y Vice. The beer clocks in at 4.7 percent alcohol by volume, and has 8 IBUs. It’s available in six-packs of 12 oz. cans, in Harpoon’s Summer Vacation mix pack, and on draft.

Harpoon Lime-y Vice will be available throughout the summer in stores, on tap and at Harpoon’s breweries in Boston and Windsor, VT. The new gose joins a returning favorite summer seasonal from Harpoon, Camp Wannamango. For more information, check out the Harpoon website or follow along on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
