Winter Wisdom will let you breathe in the caramel aromas, taste hints of roasted hazelnuts and find a smooth, creamy finish. Brewed with four different malt varieties, two hop varieties and natural hazelnuts this English ale is bold, rich and rounded.
Returning to their roots, Empyrean brings back this rare and original hazelnut recipe from the archives, to their modern annual seasonal lineup.Inspired by the skills, knowledge, wit and experience they’ve gathered along the road less traveled, this brown ale will leave you wanting to “Wise Up”.
Brewed with natural hazelnuts, and available for a limited time, Winter Wisdom is coming in at 14° OG, 18IBUs and 5.3% of alcohol content.
