Braxton Labs Releases Kringle Belgian Quad in Bottles

NEWPORT, Ky. — Dedicated to innovation, Braxton Labs is excited to release its second bottled project. Just in time for Christmas, the brewery is releasing Kringle Belgian Quad in 500ml bottles on Saturday, December 16th.

“It’s always fun to see projects go from homebrewing in the garage to full-scale production. Kringle is especially meaningful as it’s a project my dad and I shared and loved,” said Evan Rouse, Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Braxton Brewing Company. “The holiday season is the best time to share beers with family and friends and we hope you can do just that with Kringle Quad!”

This Belgian Ale was inspired by Evan’s father, Greg, during their time homebrewing on Braxton Drive in the family garage before ever dreaming of Braxton Brewing Company. Now, the brewing team is excited to celebrate this story with Kringle Belgian Quand. A complex blend of rich malt characteristics balance dark fruit flavors such as plums, raisins and prunes. At 10.4% ABV, it’s smooth, warm and perfect for the season.

The 500ml bottles will be sold at $6.99 per bottle or $24.99 for a four pack. A very limited amount of the beer was produced and bottled. They’ll be available beginning at 11 a.m. at Braxton Labs while supplies last and limited to four bottle per person.

“I’m so excited about the release of this beer. The origin of this recipe dates back to 2011 when Evan and I were brewing in the garage. At that time, the result was affectionately known as Big Dog’s Sipper, an award winning Quad that is extremely complex and worthy of savoring every sip,” said Greg Rouse, Co-Founder & COO at Braxton Brewing Company. “Now, scaled up so it can be shared with you, this is my personal, most anticipated release of 2017. I hope you enjoy it.”
