Ninkasi Brewing broke ground last Thursday on an $18 million expansion that will not only allow for increased production capacity but also will add additional warehouse and office space for the Eugene, Ore.-based craft brewer. The multi-structure expansion plan includes a 7,800 square foot warehouse to be used for cold storage and local distribution.
