Total BevAlc sales growth improved slightly with volume performance up across beer, flavored malt beverage, cider and hard seltzer, while dipping negative on sequential basis in wine and spirits categories during the two-week period that ended November 4, according to an analysis of NielsenIQ data by Goldman Sachs Equity Research.

One shareholder of Massachusetts-based Tree House Brewing has filed a lawsuit against co-owners Nate Lanier and Damien Goudreau, claiming they have misused company funds, neglected to offer shareholder dividends, and withheld tax documentation. 6 Individuals Earn Master Cicerone Title

The Cicerone Certification Program announced that six individuals, Craig Thomas, David Reese, Federico Lantschner, Jen Blair, Patrick Combs, and Shelley Smith, have earned the title of Master Cicerone, joining a group of only 22 other individuals worldwide to earn the title.
