Ecliptic Brewing is exploring a classic style with their first seasonal beer of 2019. Luna Kölsch will release in early January and will be available through mid March. The beer’s delicate fruitiness, and clean, dry finish is the perfect kick off to the new year.

This year was an eventful one for Ecliptic Brewing and their 2019 calendar indicates that this upcoming one will be no different. Their 2019 beer calendar reveals the return of all year-round beers, some exciting changes to the seasonal and special release selections,along with the addition of the limited release series.

Ecliptic Brewing’s latest Special Release beer is a style that has gained popularity in the recent months. The Brut IPA is an exciting, new take on the ever-evolving IPA style and has an enthusiastic following.

Ecliptic Brewing’s Phaser Hazy IPA is back due to high demand from the public. After initially releasing it as a “Seasonal” beer last winter, Phaser fans will now be able to find the beer in limited runs throughout the year.

Ecliptic Brewing is proud to announce a transition to a smaller, 500ml format for their bottled beer selections. Since the brewery’s opening Ecliptic has packaged its beers in 22oz bottles. The transition to 500ml for all of the series will begin in September.

Ecliptic Brewing has teamed with Modern Times Beer for their next Cosmic Collaboration.

Originally brewed for the 2017 Oregon Brewers Festival, Espacio Mexican-Style Lager with Lime Zest is making its return as an official part of the Ecliptic BrewingSeasonal Series line-up.

Ecliptic Brewing’s Cosmic Collaboration Series has always featured an exciting line-up of beers with everything from an IPA brewed with Pinot Noir juice to a Session Barleywine.

The past year was a busy one for Ecliptic Brewing and 2018 is looking to shape up no differently.

This time around Ecliptic Brewing’s Cosmic Collaboration has reached beyond the beer world. Ecliptic and TeSóAria Winery have teamed up to create Blood of Jupiter. The beer is a Belgian style Tripel brewed by Ecliptic, then aged in Sangiovese wine barrels from TeSóAria.

Keeping with tradition, Ecliptic Brewing will host an out of this world party on October 21st equipped with special beer releases, food, and free live music to celebrate another trip around the sun. Special beer releases selected for the event will happen throughout the day. Fourth Orbit Imperial Mango IPA made to celebrate the year will be available for the first time. In addition, Bourbon Barrel-Aged Third Orbit Imperial Porter with Cherries will be released.

Ecliptic Brewing has started to release their Chromosphere Blonde Ale, brewed for the solar eclipse, in to their Oregon and Washington markets.

Starting July 13th Syrah and Rye barrel-aged varieties of UltraViolet will be released alongside the non-barrel aged beer.

This time around however, Ecliptic looked out west for their next collaboration partner. Melvin Brewing from Alpine, WY traveled to Portland to create a beer that defies all explanations.
